Our Space

Our movement studio is a unique and relaxing location devoted to the optimisation of your lifestyle, health and performance in Marylebone - Central London. 

We have a custom-built gym, a Pilates studio and a treatment room. The gym features include a full-size Crossfit frame, an Olympic squat cage, competition kettlebells, dumbbells and complete sets of clubbells. The Pilates studio is one of Londonʼs best Gratz equipped Classical Pilates studios.

The Movement Harbour is rooted in the shared vision of its founders, Danielle Kleber and Diego Core. With decades of experience, they have developed a holistic approach to improving the health of their clients.
