Danielle Kleber
Danielle Kleber is a dedicated Movement Lifestyle Coach and Classical Pilates Teacher with over 25 years of experience in physical education, exercise rehabilitation, and movement conditioning.
Her passion for movement began in childhood, where she found solace and self-regulation through mindful physical training. With a BSc in Sports Science and extensive training in yoga, dance, martial arts, and surfing, Danielle has developed a unique approach to movement, blending various disciplines to promote holistic well-being. She is the creator of The Practice by DK and a Romana’s Pilates Level 5+ teacher - offering personalized training that integrates mindful movement, meditation, and strength-building practices.
Danielle's journey is not only professional but personal, as she used Pilates to overcome her own postural challenges and embraced strength training and yoga to further enhance her well-being. Her teaching goes beyond physical fitness, delving into the emotional and spiritual aspects of health through healing practices like meditation, prayer, and psychotherapy. Driven by her deep connection to nature, Danielle believes that aligning the body, mind, and spirit can unlock true harmony. Originally from Brazil and now based in London, she is a mother of two and passionate about the power of movement to transform lives, both in body and beyond.
Diego Core
Diego's journey into movement and health began early, supported by a BSc in Sports Science and extensive postgraduate training from renowned institutions. His university thesis on training methods for individuals over 60 highlighted his deep commitment to health and longevity, far beyond superficial gym goals. Over two decades, Diego has developed a unique understanding of the human body, influenced by personal experiences like rehabbing his shoulder post-surgery. His approach emphasizes biomechanics, body efficiency, and sustainable health, focusing on the freedom and balance within the body, not just strength or mobility.
Diego’s philosophy challenges the traditional focus on "good posture" and instead promotes functional movement and the ability to control the body's full range of motion. He believes many injuries stem from an overemphasis on static posture rather than fluid movement. His training centers on strengthening the body in lengthened, loaded positions, promoting flexibility and mobility without reliance on constant stretching. Now based in London, Diego tailors personalized plans for his clients, helping them achieve optimal health, strength, and resilience as well as travelling around the world teaching workshops and continuing education courses to help other professionals deepen their skills into movement training & athletic performance.
